The College Gardens Civic Association exists to promote the interests and welfare of the College Gardens neighborhood of Rockville, Maryland. The Association is non-partisan, non-sectarian and non-political in nature.
Rockville is a city of neighborhoods, and College Gardens residents take pride in their neighborhood for the natural beauty of its flowering trees and wooded areas along the Watts Branch stream valley and the long-standing interest of its residents in protecting and preserving the quality of life in the City of Rockville.
